Paradigm Direct Forms Alliance With CustomerLinx

New Jersey-based marketing firm Paradigm Direct yesterday partnered with customer-care provider CustomerLinx Corp., Alexandria, VA, the companies said.


Under the agreement, CustomerLinx will provide traditional and web-based customer acquisition, retention, enhancement and support programs for Paradigm clients DirecTV, AT&T Wireless and New Power Co.


CustomerLinx also has made partnerships with UK-based Quadstone, a behavior profiling company, and Interactive Intelligence, a software developer based in Indianapolis, during the past year.


"CustomerLinx is performing in the top rank of our partner/vendors," Paradigm president David Graf said. "The knowledge-based CRM services developed by CustomerLinx are producing a real return on our investment for our clients. It's all about building their bottom lines."


Established in 1997, Paradigm provides direct marketing services to clients in telecommunications, financial services, media, e-commerce and home services industries. CustomerLinx also has facilities in California, Connecticut, New York, Oklahoma and Rhode Island.
