VerticalResponse, a permission-based e-mail marketing applications provider, will power a new e-mail marketing service for PaperDirect, VerticalResponse said yesterday.PaperDirect lets companies design and print their own envelopes, certificates, business cards, brochures and other documents. The new service allows PaperDirect's customers to design and deliver e-mail marketing campaigns online using iBuilder, a self-service e-mail marketing product from VerticalResponse, San Francisco.
Business users will be able to create, deliver and track permission-based e-mail campaigns in minutes. The service also automatically tracks e-mail bounces and customer unsubscriptions. It also gives business users real-time information on open rates and clicks on hyperlinks.
