Oracle Introduces Intelligent Warehouse

Oracle, Redwood Shores, CA, released a new product last month called Intelligent Warehouse that it says will help dot-com companies and e-businesses analyze and leverage e-commerce data for targeted customers campaigns.

By combining existing customer data from Enterprise Resource Planning and customer relationship management applications as well as external data sources, Oracle's Intelligent Warehouse can deliver the insight a company needs to differentiate their service and product offerings and enable personalized online shopping experiences required to capture market share.

The Intelligent Warehouse has other tools that can facilitate the analysis of online customer data and click streams. The analyses are delivered as XML-based reports and drill downs that can be accessed on a corporate intranet or portal using a browser.
