Online JanSport Goes to Tribal DDB Vancouver
Interactive work for outdoor gear manufacturer JanSport has been assigned to Tribal DDB Worldwide's Vancouver, British Columbia, office.The agency was given the responsibility by DDB Worldwide, Seattle, which has the overall marketing account.
Tribal DDB Vancouver will revamp the JanSport.com site for release this summer. The site will target leisure, business and active lifestyle travelers. It will highlight JanSport's new line of teen backpacks and travel gear.
The site is also being designed to mesh with the company's advertising and brand messages.
JanSport, Appleton, WI, is the world's leading maker of backpacks, customized college apparel and outdoor equipment, accessories and travel packs. It is a subsidiary of VF Corp., a large apparel company that owns brands like Wrangler, Lee, Vanity Fair, Vassarette and Rustler.
