Online Asset Exchange Launches Machinery Catalog

The Online Asset Exchange, an online marketplace for industrial equipment at onlineassetexchange.com, said yesterday that the company plans to publish in October what is expected to be the largest surplus machinery catalog.

The catalog, called The Metalworking Exchange, will be bimonthly and will be distributed for free to more than 175,000 buyers of used industrial equipment throughout North America. It will contain 75,000 metalworking and machine tool assets.

"This catalog is intended to reach buyers of used industrial equipment who do not use the Internet to find equipment yet," said Norm Bastin, co-founder and executive vice president at The Online Asset Exchange, San Diego. "We look at this catalog as a link between the old world and the new, allowing buyers all over the world access to the largest industrial marketplace in the world."
