OgilvyOne Acquires BTB Agency Leopard

In an attempt to bolster its business-to-business sales capabilities, OgilvyOne North America has acquired Broomfield, CO-based marketing agency Leopard.

The acquisition gives New York-based OgilvyOne, which is known more for its branded communication strategies, Leopard's proprietary technology for digital asset management and will expand its offerings of sales and demand generation tools. Leopard, which specializes in helping companies accelerate the sales cycle for complex BTB products and services, also shares key clients with OgilvyOne like IBM and SAP.

Sherri Leopard, founder/CEO of Leopard, will report to OgilvyOne North America president Carla Hendra and continue in her role at the company. The agency will become an independent unit of OgilvyOne and will continue to conduct business under the Leopard brand from its offices in Colorado.
