OfficeMax Launches Online Customer Survey

Office supply retailer OfficeMax debuted an online customer service feedback survey yesterday for use by in-store customers. The company said it expects the survey will help gauge customer sentiment and satisfaction in areas like service, pricing and products.


After making a purchase, customers can enter a transaction code printed on their store receipt online, then answer a short series of questions. As an incentive, in-store customers will be entered into a weekly drawing for OfficeMax gift cards each time they make a purchase.
