Office.com, ebank to Create Co-Branded Site

ebank.com Inc., Atlanta, said yesterday that it formed an alliance with Office.com, an online provider of content, commerce and other services for small- and medium-sized businesses. Under the terms of the agreement, ebank.com will be the exclusive online banking firm offering a co-branded Office.com Business Center online.

Office.com will supply small-business-focused content and tools to the new co-branded site, which will be linked to the ebank site and will reflect ebank's look and feel. The co-branded site also will provide links directly to Office.com, which is a service of Winstar Communications Inc., New York.

ebank.com offers financial services for small businesses, including checking accounts, loans, credit cards, bill-payment services and human resources services. It also plans eventually to offer insurance products, equipment leasing, accounts receivable financing and other products and services.
