Office Depot Signs Agreement With AOL

Office products retailer Office Depot, San Francisco, announced that its Web site (www.officedepot.com) will be featured on America Online as a result of a one-year advertising and promotion agreement the two signed yesterday.


Through the agreement, the Office Depot will become available to the more than 3.5 million small and home-based business people who are AOL and CompuServe members as well as visitors to AOL.com.


The officedepot.com inventory consists of more than 10,000 office products, real-time inventory and free next-day delivery. Consumers can access officedepot.com by clicking from the office products and services area of the AOL shopping channel or at keyword Office Depot. OfficeDepot.com also will appear in areas of the AOL workplace channels such as business services, trade shows and news.
