Office Depot Picks Alpine for Call Centers
Teleservices agency Alpine Access announced yesterday that it will provide inbound call center support for Office Depot in a one-year agreement.Financial details of the contract were not disclosed. Alpine Access, Golden, CO, will provide customer service for Office Depot's commercial clients.
Alpine Access is a call center provider that uses home-based agents. Its 3,800 part-time agents work from home in cities nationwide using Alpine Access' proprietary technology.
