NuEdge Systems, Milwaukee, has introduced NuEdge Suite 1.5, an upgrade to its flagship marketing automation solution that combines analysis with campaign management and execution tools.


NuEdge said the new version includes enhanced SQL-enabled queries that let marketers analyze customer information from a broader range of databases, increasing the opportunities for individualized marketing campaigns that drive revenue, strengthen customer relationships and reduce costs.


Other features centralize the campaign creation and management process for multiple channels, allowing marketers to communicate by e-mail, video, fax and outbound call centers based on the end customers' preferences.


NuEdge Suite 1.5 also delivers increased flexibility and data integration for querying and analyzing data in multiple formats from numerous sources, including DB2, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and Sybase databases.
