Novus Gets Seventeen File

Seventeen0323

Novus Marketing, Tarrytown, NY, has taken over management of the Seventeen magazine account from the Kleid Co., New York, which is in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

Seventeen, a K-III publication, has a universe of 1.8 million subscribers, most young women between the ages of 13 and 17.

"Seventeen is the teen-age market,'' said Monica Smith, Novus vice president of marketing. "You will see this file pop up more and more.''

The file will be enhanced to provide the names of the parents in the subscriber's household and certain demographic and psychographic information. Sweepstakes and fundraising for children's causes are selections available immediately. Regression modeling will be offered for $10 per thousand for those who wish to test the file.
