Novus Acquires Disney, Discover Magazine Files

Novus Marketing Inc., Valhalla, NY, yesterday took over list management of 278,000 active subscribers to Disney Magazine and 835,000 active subscribers to Discover Magazine, a Disney Publication.


Disney Magazine provides information on Disney theme parks and movies as well as vacation-planning tips. Subscribers are 70 percent female, and 68 percent have children ages 3 to 12 years old. The median age on the file is 40, and median household income is $78,000.


Discover Magazine covers popular science and technology. Its readers are 52 percent male, with a median age of 40 and a median household income of $49,000.


Geography, gender, recency, business address and source selections are available on each file. Monthly updates occur on both.
