Not Knowing the Law Is No Excuse

Well, I know you didn't manufacture the quote so I don't fault you. But I was upset to read the quote of Karen DeMars in the article about eCrush ("http://dmnews.com/cgi-bin/artprevbot.cgi?article_id=13119&dest=article): "We didn't know about the law. After all, we are only a 12-person company."

Actually, maybe I shouldn't be upset - we are a nine-person company, so that must mean we can be ignorant of the law as well. If dot-coms operate under this premise, then maybe we know why they have lost popularity with investors.
