North Shore Allies With Bullseye
North Shore Agency Inc., a billing and collection firm for the direct marketing and publishing industries, has formed a strategic alliance with Bullseye Direct Marketing LLC, Stamford, CT.The alliance is one of several set up by North Shore, Westbury, NY. For this deal, whose terms were not disclosed, North Shore will offer Bullseye back-end help for simplifying data and processes at the agency and its clients.
North Shore is part of Outsourcing Solutions Inc., a St. Louis receivables management company. Gina Simmons and Kristy Melore, both former circulation executives at Disney Publishing Worldwide, run Bullseye, which was founded earlier this year.
Bullseye will offer its circulation and direct marketing expertise to North Shore clients. In particular, it will offer strategic planning in areas like billing, collections and customer retention.
