Nonstop Solutions Inc., San Francisco, and retail pricing and promotions company DemandTec announced an agreement to market their combined services to retail clients.


Nonstop, in conjunction with its partners, optimizes the replenishment, buy-side profit, pricing and category management processes for finished goods. The company will market DemandTec's Internet services to drug, grocery and other retail chains.


The companies are touting their ability to help retailers increase revenue and profits by finding optimal price points for merchandise.


DemandTec, San Francisco, analyzes corporate and consumer data to generate recommendations regarding methods retailers can employ in order to maximize profitably. It also suggests promotions that are designed to increase consumer traffic to retail stores.
