Nonprofit Heifer International Picks AB&C for Fulfillment
Nonprofit Heifer International hired fulfillment firm AB&C Group to provide order management, resource fulfillment, acknowledgment services and inbound teleservices, AB&C said yesterday.Financial terms were not disclosed. Heifer, Little Rock, AR, said it decided to outsource fulfillment to avoid having to expand infrastructure facilities such as its call center.
Heifer has helped about 4 million impoverished families worldwide through gifts of livestock and training over the past 55 years. AB&C, McLean, VA, provides a full range of services including mail processing, teleservices, printing, inventory management and fulfillment.
