NextMark Tool Grades Data Cards

NextMark Inc., Hanover, NH, yesterday announced the availability of its Data Card Quality Report, its new data card rating system for list owners and managers.

The report rates data cards through a proprietary algorithm that measures the quality of 13 components data cards should have. The 13 attributes are last update, universe, base price, list market, list type, description, source, segments, selects, outputs, geography, contacts and categorization.

Each component is given a quality score of high, medium or low, then the data card is assigned a score from 0-100, calculated using a weighted average of all of the quality ratings. A letter grade from A-F is given based on the score of each data card to the scores of peers' data cards.

The system was developed after NextMark electronically analyzed more than 30,000 data cards.

The Data Card Quality Report is available for free through the Web at www.nextmark.com. NextMark also offers a Web-based list research system that provides online access to 30,000 lists.
