Nextel Picks Amdocs for CRM
The effort was part of an initiative to enhance the customer experience for Nextel's 15 million subscribers.
The Amdocs CRM solution is integrated with the Amdocs Billing product already in place at Nextel, Reston, VA. The billing and CRM system is designed to let Nextel manage its customers in an integrated fashion.
Using Amdocs ClarifyCRM, Nextel will provide all customer-facing representatives real-time access to relevant customer information, enabling them to identify each customer's needs and act on that information to provide the most pertinent, timely offerings.
