Consumers reporting legitimate e-mail as spam: Q Interactive

Fifty-six percent of consumers consider marketing messages from known senders to be spam if the message is "just not interesting to me" and 50% consider "too frequent e-mails from companies I know" to be spam, according to a new study by Q Interactive conducted in conjunction with marketing research firm MarketingSherpa.
 

Epsilon launches Purple@Epsilon

Epsilon has rebranded its interactive as well as agency and direct services groups as full-service agency Purple@Epsilon. The program is available to users on several National Lampoon-owned properties, including National Lampoon's Animal House, the National Lampoon Vacation series and National Lampoon's Van Wilder, and will eventually be made available throughout the National Lampoon Humor Network.
