Forrester names Julie Katz new e-mail analyst

Forrester Research, a technology and market research firm, has appointed a new e-mail analyst, Julie Katz. Katz replaces veteran analyst Shar VanBoskirk, who has been promoted to principal analyst, where she will focus on a wider range of interactive marketing activities. Prior to this appointment, Katz worked as a researcher for Forrester's marketing team for three years and has a strong background in working with data.
 

Della Penna to depart Epsilon

December 18, 2007

Michael Della Penna Epsilon's former CMO is no longer with the e-mail marketing services firm. "Epsilon and Michael Della Penna mutually decided that Mr. Della Penna would depart the company to pursue other interests," said an e-mailed statement. "Mike has been an important part of Epsilon since joining the company after its acquisition of Bigfoot Interactive in late 2005."
 

Brick Marketing debuts e-mail marketing blog

E-mail marketing firm Zrinity Inc. has debuted a behavioral e-mail marketing technique and has integrated Google Analytics into its e-mail platform. The Utica, NY-based e-mail firm is now able to send e-mail marketing messages based on behavioral information, which is tracked online.
