The Financial Times has signed an agreement with Amazon that will allow readers to access the UK-based paper on their Kindles, Amazon's digital reading device. The agreement serves the Financial Times Group's stated goal of exploring new ways to distribute content to customers.
Magazine Publishers of America (MPA) has partnered with Meijer retailers to test a new program that will promote single copy magazine sales. The program, which runs from August 21 to September 6, promotes magazine sales by offering a $2 discount coupon to customers who buy two or more magazines during a single shopping trip.
