List provider 1 Touch Marketing (1TM) has entered into an agreement to acquire interactive marketing and advertising firm Paradise Coast Media. 1TM, which offers opt-in e-mail, SMS, postal and lead-generation marketing services, will be acquiring around 300 new clients in the move.
 

US News slashes frequency, maintains rate base

US News and World Report is cutting its frequency and redesigning its magazine and Web site in an effort to keep up with the changing consumer landscape. The once weekly magazine moved from 46 to 36 issues this year, and will now publish only every other week.
