New survey data released by Retail Systems Research (RSR) and Manhattan Associates Inc. show that a majority of retailers have not made plans to cope with consumer spending inspired by the economic stimulus plan — a move that could affect CRM strategies and customer loyalty.
Online customer experience management company Tealeaf has released Tealeaf CxResults and updated its core Datastore and CxConnect tools. It has also formed a best practices partner network called ViaTealeaf.
SAP has extended its partnership with Research In Motion (RIM) to make the full SAP CRM program available on BlackBerry. The platform integrates SAP CRM with BlackBerry applications such as e-mail, address book and calendar.
While potential partnerships with American Airlines and Continental Airlines are still reportedly under discussion for the airline, British Airways announced a different deal earlier this week. It awarded LinkShare and TradeDoubler management of its worldwide affiliate marketing program.
