Unica Introduces Gemini, ASAP
Named Gemini, the new release is designed to allow enterprises to design, conduct, manage and measure both global and localized, cross-channel marketing initiatives more efficiently.
According to Unica, Gemini will allow companies to extend Affinium to nontechnical regional and field marketers, branch managers, agents and partners. As a result, customer-focused individuals can develop programs that address the needs and opportunities specific to their markets and customers while ensuring that their local marketing initiatives leverage corporate-level programs, policies and customer preferences.
Unica, Lincoln, MA, has signed on a number of high-profile companies to the Gemini beta program. The new release of Unica's Affinium suite will be available in October.
Also at the show, Unica launched its Affinium Success Acceleration Program, or ASAP. The program combines Unica's Affinium software suite and implementation methodology with technology and services from leading systems integrators and data mart technology and service providers. ASAP allows systems integrators and suppliers of leading customer data management and reporting solutions to accelerate return on investment for data mart and reporting implementations by combining best practices to deploy, integrate and optimize the Affinium Suite in conjunction with the data mart or reporting implementation.
Initial Unica ASAP partners include Braun Consulting Inc., a professional services firm delivering customer-focused business solutions; Compaq Computer Corp.; Group 1 Software, a provider of CRM-enabling software solutions; MicroStrategy Inc., a provider of business intelligence software; Stonebridge Technologies, a provider of technology consulting and enterprise integration services; and Quaero LLC, a CRM services provider.
