Magma Group to Market InfoBeat on Campuses

Personalized e-mail newspaper InfoBeat, New York, said yesterday that it reached an agreement with college marketing firm Magma Group, Boston, to market InfoBeat's e-mail products to college students.


The program, which runs through December 2001, targets new student subscribers through grass-roots promotions on more than 700 campuses. Magma will use its Team Magma student rep network for promotions, and student groups will be offered fundraising opportunities for enrolling new InfoBeat subscribers.
