ERA Plans Hong Kong and Beijing Conference
The two events, an ERA statement said, "will explore trading relations and offer a unique opportunity for highly customized one-on-one business meetings with key global executives in Asia."
The Hong Kong session will look at trade and access opportunities in the Asia Pacific region as well as pitfalls that marketers should avoid. The Beijing session will be devoted to meeting top Chinese electronic retail executives.
Four tracks are planned for strategic interactive discussions during the Hong Kong talks: marketing channels, finance and investment, legal issues and resource management.
The Beijing meeting will focus on television in China, quality control and nurturing the market, and copyright law and practice. A field trip to Shenzhen for the ERA China Trade Show also is planned as part of the event.
"Participants will be able to consummate business, create banking relationships, contract for manufacturing services, arrange fulfillment and shipping, and source new products," the ERA statement said.
