Edcos to Support Siebel Software
The software allows companies to coordinate customer touch points including the Web, call center, field organization and distribution channels.
As a Siebel Software Partner, edcos will integrate edcos eaSuite with Siebel eBusiness Applications to help call center agents and customers view combined data through a single application to reduce confusion over bill inquiries, account adjustments and online bill payment.

Telstra, Sprint, TXU, Edison International, Nstar and American Express use edcos' eaSuite.
