"These men are true leaders in the direct marketing industry," DMA president/CEO H. Robert Wientzen said. "Their contributions to the theory and practice of direct and interactive marketing have had a profound impact on the industry worldwide."
Established in 1978, the DMA Hall of Fame honors direct and interactive marketing professionals' outstanding contributions to the practice, growth and stature of the direct and interactive marketing discipline. It now includes 85 honorees.
The DMA yesterday also announced the addition of a Direct Response Broadcast Pavilion to this fall's show. The Broadcast Pavilion follows last year's Digital Print Pavilion and is part of The DMA's ongoing effort to showcase emerging technologies. The Pavilion will feature companies such as A. Eicoff & Co., Infoworks and Inpulse Response Group.
