Direct Media Gets Healthcare-Related Files

Direct Media Inc., Greenwich, CT, was named list manager Friday for the new-to-market files from and Selective Health Plans.

The site offers members health news, a health encyclopedia and forums on health issues. The lifestyle list contains 5 million trial-offer respondents and 2.5 million registrants/members at postal address. Base prices are $75/M for trial-offer respondents and $95/M for registrants/members.

The R/X and Ailments list has 2.8 million registrants/members at postal address. Base price is $175/M. This list has 1.8 million registrants/members at opt-in e-mail address. Base price is $175/M. members have an average age range of 30-49 and an average income range of $40,000-$70,000.

The Selective Health Plans files consist of consumers who requested information about or purchased a medical discount service program. The programs cost $84 to $134 monthly.

The Selective Health Plans postal file has 334,000 registrants, and the opt-in e-mail file has 330,000 registrants. Both cost $95/M.
