Publicis Worldwide has acquired Hawkeye, the Dallas-based integrated marketing services agency. Steve Dapper, who founded Hawkeye in 1999, will stay on as chairman, while Sally Kennedy, CEO of Publicis's Dallas office, will assume the CEO role of the newly dubbed Publicis Hawkeye.

Hawkeye's six offices and 160-plus employees perform data analytics, digital strategy, and CRM duties for clients including American Airlines, Best Buy, Cargill, and Peterbilt. Its services also extend to website design and development of social and mobile marketing programs.

A Publicis statement announcing the deal did not disclose financial details, though it did state that Publicis Hawkeye would operate independently.
