Loyalty Builders this week introduced a new platform that analyzes customers' past behavior to predict future purchases at the individual account and individual product level.  

Longbow 2.0 takes in basic transaction data, such as a customer ID and transactions, and identifies the best customers to include in individualized marketing campaigns and what to offer each one. It also can be used to create individualized marketing messages. 

“This puts the power of customer analytics into the hands of marketers themselves,” says Loyalty Builders CEO Mark Klein. “Spray and pray campaigns have supposedly given way to one-to-one marketing, but that didn't analyze customer behavior at the individual level. We are at the inflection point where individualized marketing is not only possible, but very easy.”
