News Byte: Pegasystems Updates Automation Platform
New features come to Pegasystems' Next-Best-Action Marketing

Business process management and CRM company Pegasystems has introduced upgrades to its Next-Best-Action Marketing solution platform.

New features include geolocation and dynamic outbound capabilities, which allow marketers to create personalized bundle offers based on “learned” customer preferences. “We've always done this on the inbound side. Now we can dynamically push those bundles to a customer,” says Steve Kraus, senior director of product marketing at Pegasystems.

The platform's virtual wallet now integrates with Apple Passbook.
