Acquisition marries mobile segmentation and data managment

Data management platform company Lotame has announced its acquisition of mobile audience management start-up AdMobius.

Since 2012 AdMobius has leveraged partnerships and unique targeting technology to provide marketers with scalable audience and demographic data. Lotame will add this mobile data technology to its existing portfolio of audience data management services.

“This acquisition will empower our clients to engage with unique and relevant consumer audience segments across devices at a deeper, more accurate level than ever before,” Lotame's founder and CEO Andy Monfried said in a statement. “We will continue to create value for our clients and support their cross-platform data management needs.”
