News Byte: Catalyst Names Jim Dellavilla Chief Client Officer

Direct and digital marketing agency Catalyst today announced the appointment of Jim Dellavilla as the company's chief client officer. Dellavilla replaces Karen Menachof who now serves as the agency's senior strategist.

 “[Dellavilla is] smart, personable, data-driven, and has a long track record of building successful client partnerships,” Mike Osborn, Catalyst's managing director, said a press release.

As chief client officer, Dellavilla will head strategy for all of the agency's accounts, including Valvoline Instant Oil Change, First Niagara Financial Group, Xeikon, and Heraeus Kulzer. Before accepting the position, Dellavilla served as EVP of integrated marketing services company Sigma Marketing where he managed all client relationship teams. In addition, he previously worked as direct marketing manager of Chase Manhattan Corporation, where he led all direct and database marketing for the company's 350 branches. Dellavilla is also a past president of the Upstate New York Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and current DMA Financial Council and Ad Council board member.
