News Byte: Act-On Reports Triple-Digit Revenue Growth for Q4

Act-On Software, a marketing automation platform recently acknowledged as one of the best lead-to-revenue-management (L2RM) providers for small marketing teams by Forrester, announced today its Q4 2013 fiscal results.
The company reported a 215% growth in revenue in 2013 over 2012. Additionally, Act-On doubled its employee count, opened three new offices, and ended last year with more than 2,000 customers.
“Act-On was one of the last companies to enter the marketing automation space, but it is often the last mover that wins in the long run,” Raghu Raghavan, CEO of Act-On, said in a statement.
Leading up to its significant Q4 growth, Act-On launched several new products, include Act-On Inbound, Act-On Mobile, and Act-On for Agencies. The company also opened access to its APIs.
