NewRoads Provides FulFillment on KitchenAid Campaign

Business process outsourcer NewRoads will provide fulfillment services on an infomercial campaign produced by DRTV agency Respond2 for the KitchenAid line of products, the company said yesterday.


The 30-minute infomercial aired in November. NewRoads, Greenwich, CT, will provide Respond2 with product warehousing facilities and services, including order taking, package preparation and shipment.


KitchenAid is a maker of kitchen appliances and division of Whirlpool, a worldwide marketer and manufacturer of household appliances. Other NewRoads clients include Restoration hardware, Godiva, Avon and Procter & Gamble.


The company has 20 facilities nationwide serving a total of approximately 200 clients
