Newgen Provides CRM Services to ADP

Newgen Results Corp., San Diego, has signed a letter of intent to provide e-CRM services for ADP's myautogarage.com, a Web-based service for auto dealers, manufacturers and consumers.

Under the agreement with ADP, signed this month, and in joint participation with IBM, Newgen will provide its e-CRM technology to support electronic service reminders and service appointment scheduling designed to maximize repeat vehicle sales and parts and service revenues for auto dealerships.

Newgen also announced Carabunga.com, which will combine RESULTS, the company's established customer loyalty and retention system, with new Internet-based communication and real-time marketing techniques. Carabunga.com will initially offer e-Reminders and e-Road, and during the first quarter of 2000 it will introduce services such as e-Reservations, e-Connections and e-Promotions.
