New York Times Extends APAC Contract

APAC will expand its service relationship with The New York Times Regional Newspaper Group that started in 2002, APAC said yesterday.


APAC, Deerfield, IL, will support 100 percent of the newspaper group's inbound customer service communications extending across six states. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.


The New York Times Regional Newspaper Group is part of The New York Times Company, which publishes The New York Times, The Boston Globe, The International Herald Tribune and 16 other newspapers. The company also owns television and radio stations and about 40 Web sites.
