New Year's Success Earns Cholesterol Monitor Repeat Performance

Because of the success of its New Year's Day debut show on QVC, Lifestream Technologies was invited to present a second television program Jan. 15 to display Cholesterol Monitor, its newly launched home cholesterol monitoring device.

The program aired live Monday from the International Housewares Show in Chicago from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., EST.

The Cholesterol Monitor is targeted to an estimated 100 million Americans with higher-than-average cholesterol levels. The device, which retails for $129.95, enables consumers to self-administer a three-minute cholesterol test. Consumers can store test results on a Microsoft Windows Powered Smart Card, which can be shared with a doctor or pharmacist.
