New Site Tracks Former Colleagues, Friends
Executive search and management consulting firm Gundersen Partners LLC, New York, launched a new Web site, www.marketingalumni.com, that will let business people locate and reach former colleagues, business associates and friends.People sign up for no cost and need only provide basic information like their company name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
Users then will list the names of the companies that they have previously worked for. They can contact people by submitting a request online that marketingalumni.com will forward via e-mail. The requester is notified once a member agrees to have his information made available. The site then "unlocks" the information.
