New hires and career moves in the DM industry

Chris Henderson has joined BBDO Minneapolis as creative director of its newly formed Proximity Minneapolis unit. Henderson last worked at Colle & McVoy, also located in Minneapolis, where he worked on accounts for Purina, John­son & Johnson, New Holland and Aveda.


Allen & Gerritsen
has tapped former Draftfcb executive Graham Nelson as VP of its Digital Incubator division. Nelson worked in interactive and CRM marketing at Draftfcb.



Lesley Eberts
has been appoint­ed strategic director on the Consolidated Shoe and Riley accounts at The Republik. Eberts was program specialist at market­ing firm Edventure Partners on the Toyota and FBI accounts.

im McAvoy has been promoted to senior copywriter at DMW Worldwide LLC. McAvoy has more than 13 years of writing experience and joined DMW in 2004.




Discovery Communications
has named Kathleen Kayse as EVP of digital media sales. Kayse was most recently EVP of marketing solutions for AOL's Platform-A organization.

Draftfcb New York has hired Ira Helf as EVP, executive director of data and analytics. Previously, Helf served as managing director of marketing analytics and technology at Ogilvy.

Pamela Haas has joined Alliant Coop­erative Data Solutions LLC as VP of sales and business development. Haas was previously director of sales for Equifax Marketing Services.

Steven L. Lubin has been promoted to divisional VP and the new position of general manager of marketing for non-mainland operations at Walgreens. Lubin had served as general manager of marketing for Puerto Rico at Walgreens since 2004.
