Netscape, FTD Announce E-Commerce Partnership
Florist FTD, Downers Grove, IL, and Netscape Communications Corp., Mountain View, CA, have signed a deal to sell FTD flowers and other gifts through Netscape's Netcenter online service.FTD will have an online storefront on Netscape's Netcenter Marketplace at http://home.netscape.com/netcenter/marketplace. FTD will provide order fulfillment through its international network of more than 504,000 florists. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
