NETPUB Debuts Song Site for EMI

Network Publishing, NETPUB (www.netpub.com), Provo, UT, a Web development company, recently started an e-commerce site for EMI Music Publishing, New York (www.emimusicpub.com). The site is going to give people from all over the world the ability to search EMI's online song and lyric catalogs, listen to 45-second song clips and initiate the licensing process.

To find a song, clients need only to type in the idea they want a song to convey. The search engine, developed by NETPUB, then searches EMI's database looking for those key words. People can search for songs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
