NetMarquee Unveils E-Mail Tracking Tool

Internet direct marketing agency NetMarquee (www.netmarquee.com), Needham, MA, this week introduced E-Metrics, its new online tool to help online retailers track the performance of integrated Web and e-mail initiatives. NetMarquee said E-Metrics will provide users with access to up-to-date performance information about their Internet marketing programs.


Users will be able to obtain information such as the number of e-mails sent, delivered and returned undeliverable; breakdowns of the click-throughs to Web sites; and data on requests for additional information or sample products that are part of a direct marketing offer. E-Metrics also can track the point of Web site entry and exit, helping to gauge the effectiveness of peripheral sources like banner ads, hot links, direct dial-ups and e-mails.
