NetIQ Rebrands Web Analytics Suite

E-business services firm NetIQ Corp. this week rebranded its core product line, Enterprise Reporting Server, as WebTrends Reporting Service.

The analytics service also received additions, according to the San Jose, CA, firm, including the ability to better qualify viewer behavior through path analysis and page views.

Statistics involved with the service include how many viewers were converted to sales, how many watched or listened to streaming media features, where they spent the most time at the site and how many abandoned shopping carts.

The suite also is available for third-party reselling. Pricing starts at $3,500 for Windows 2000/NT and Red Hat Linux editions and $5,000 for Sun Solaris.
