NetGrocer, FreeRide Media Form Partnership

NetGrocer, North Brunswick, NJ, an online grocery center, this week announced that it has formed an exclusive partnership with FreeRide Media, New York, an online marketing and loyalty company. The goal of the partnership is to help NetGrocer attract and retain customers through the FreeRide loyalty and marketing program.

Customers of NetGrocer can earn FreeRide points by making purchases on a dollar-volume scale where points are based on customer's total purchases.

The two firms will also launch a case study that will examine more than 50 of the most prominent and well-known brands marketed in the United States. The study will take place over a three- to six-month period. It will give manufacturers insight into the value of promoting loyalty vs. promoting discount, as well as which incentive program works the best at creating repeat customers.
