Netegrity, PeopleSoft Deal Offers Centralized Security
Netegrity Inc., through a partnership with PeopleSoft Inc. announced yesterday, has integrated its SiteMinder platform with PeopleSoft 8 to enable companies to securely manage all CRM applications and users from a central point to reduce costs and simplify administration.The integration gives PeopleSoft customers a centralized infrastructure for security and identity management across PeopleSoft applications and others within the corporation.
SiteMinder technology provides a platform for centrally managing all applications as opposed to building proprietary user directories and access-control systems into each individual application.
Integration between Netegrity and PeopleSoft products allows single sign-on across all PeopleSoft applications and others within an enterprise; and centralized creation of policies to manage user access to PeopleSoft applications and others across the corporation.
