NetCreations Files for IPO
E-mail list development and management company NetCreations, New York, has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of common stock. The offering will be managed by Friedman, Billings Ramsey.NetCreations said it has more than 3 million opt-in e-mail addresses culled from a network of 175 Web sites. The company manages lists in more than 3,000 topical categories and delivers campaigns for direct e-mail marketers through its PostMasterDirect.com marketing system.
