Netcentives Licenses Loyalty Technology to S&H

Netcentives Inc. said yesterday that it has licensed patents for its online loyalty marketing technology to The Sperry & Hutchinson Co. Inc., the parent of S&H Green Stamps and S&H greenpoints.com.


Sperry & Hutchinson repositioned itself last year as a provider of an online loyalty marketing rewards currency.


Netcentives, San Francisco, is an outsourced provider of the technology it developed called SecureReward Architecture, which powers a range of promotional programs and services.
